People's Rule is the legitimate Rule

People's Rule is the legitimate Rule

I just cannot get why people put the removal of Mursi and his regime with the return of Mubarak and his regime .
Muris's election was a demonstration of democracy . A celebration of Egypt victory over tyranny . But it wasn't because of Mursi . Mursi was a beneficiary of the results of the revolution against Mubarak and his regime , when people were challenged they chose Mursi just to make sure Mubarak signs of regime will not be there again .
Actually Mursi's winning the elections was not a victory to democracy, but a choice of the people between two worse scenarios , and deciding that of the unknown .
Mursi blew up every chance of bringing people closer to islam as a Moslem brotherhood member . Instead he proved that the agenda of this group is anything but the well being of a nation , but what is their nation . He made Egypt split into two people, those of his and the others . He made the regular people sympathize with the previous regime. And legitimize its previous oppression to such groups.
We can watch this only as observers. But we cannot ignore the importance of Egypt to the whole region. The effect of what happens there on all of us . It is not a coincidence that I for instance feel so passionate about the scene in egypt . Why I feel the victory of Egyptians as my own victory , not just as an Arab or Moslem , but as a human . It is a victory of human will .
We could debate the whole concepts that are arousing now, if this was a coup or not ? The closing of some tv channels ..etc..
But what did we want to happen . That the masses of people stay in the streets until they end up confronting each other ? I just cannot imagine Mursi's ignoring and ignorance to the scene . What did he think ? That his followers will defend him against the others ? That's exactly the point .Mursi assigned himself as a president to that group of people . Under the name of freedom of speech he allowed those preachers of darkness and hatred to invade tv screens with their ignorance and fanaticism .
Mursi could have got away with it , if Egypt wasn't just recovering a revolution that removed a 3 decade tyrant . People would have accepted what could be their destiny . But you cannot come to people who idealized their victory of tahrir and expect them to watch you going back with them to darkness and watch their revolution turn into an aftermath of an earthquake.
I don't know if my resemblance of divorce in this is a righteous one here . Many tell me that I am obsessed with marriage and divorce . But , as in divorce, it could take one , years to make a decision of a divorce, especially if oppressed , but when done, the person who made that decision is no longer the same person who was before . You can never impose the previous rules on that person again even if he decided to get into a new "relation" .
The Egyptians' revolution against Mubarak was exactly the same , and their revolution against mursi was easier .. Because after the first divorce the second is just an orderly game .
Mursi might get another chance, if he doesn't allow his "people" to go back to their violent ,terrorist approach . If he doesn't allow them to implement their villain threats and preaching that they were poisoning people with for the last year . He could re arrange himself and come back with decent margin in the parliament .
The fact that people saw goodness in Mubarak in comparison with mursi is also legitimate . After all, Mubarak quit after seeing masses in the tahrir ,and avoided the country clashes and losses of lives .
In one year, casualties done by Mursi's rule was unprecedented . A whole regime was sentenced for the casualties of 25 January which didn't reach 50 . And mursi was watching people getting killed ,arguing that casualties were from his side mostly not the other .
The fall of Mursi is a warning not to Islamic run regimes only , but to all .
It is a cry of power .It is the rule of people over the rule of law. Not de legitimizing it , but enforcing .
Rules and laws are made for the well being and service of people . When they stop serving people then they automatically fall .
Egyptian people taught the world today , that we , the people bring you "rulers" to power to serve us, to fulfill your campaigns promises , and when you don't , we will kick you out .
This is a victory of people ... This is what victory is about ... It is not about who .
